PM UDAY Scheme Delhi ka full form hai:
Pradhan Mantri – Unauthorized Colonies in Delhi Awas Adhikar Yojana
Is scheme ko Delhi Development Authority (DDA) implement kar rahi hai, jiska motive hai:
- Delhi ke lakhs of residents ko unki property ka legal ownership certificate dena.
- Jo log GPA, Will, Power of Attorney, or possession basis par property le chuke hain unhe legal registry ka right mil jaye.
PM UDAY Scheme Delhi, yeh ek historic step tha, kyunki pehli baar government ne 40–50 saal se illegal maane ja rahe colonies ko regularize kiya hai.

Yeh scheme un sab logon ke liye hai jinhone:
- Delhi ki unauthorized colonies (jaise ki Chattarpur Extension, Mandi, Jaunapur, Sultanpur, etc.) mein
- 1 January 2015 se pehle property kharidi ya banayi ho
- Jinki registry nahi hui, ya jinki property power of attorney (GPA), agreement, will, or possession ke zariye hai
Kaunse Documents Chahiye PM UDAY Mein Apply Karne Ke Liye?
PM UDAY mein apply karne ke liye aapko kuch important documents ready rakhne hote hain:
- Ownership Proof:
- GPA / Agreement to Sell / Possession Letter / Will etc. (before Jan 1, 2015)
- ID Proof:
- Aadhar Card / Voter ID / PAN Card
- Address Proof:
- Electricity Bill / Water Bill / Ration Card
- Photograph & Signature
- Affidavits:
- Annexure B (citizenship declaration)
- Annexure C (no unauthorized construction affidavit)
